We invite you to come fellowship with us at New Harvest Christian Fellowship. NHCF first began meeting in Amissville in 2000. We are a Christ-centered, Spirit filled, and Bible teaching church, with a strong emphasis on family. All ages are heartily welcomed and will find encouragement among believers. We are thankful to the Lord for blessing us with lots of little ones to train up in the ways of the Lord.

Our History
New Harvest Christian Fellowship began in July 2000, meeting at the Viewtown Store. NHCF is a church plant from Agape Christian Fellowship in Chantilly, VA, where Pastors’ Duane and Kent ministered as Elders and Pastors for many years. After moving the pastors to Amissville, the Lord, by His wisdom and grace, allowed New Harvest to begin. Having purchased land and building a church facility, NHCF moved into it’s new building on January 11, 2009. We are ever grateful for the Lord’s blessings and guidance.
Meet our Pastors
Pastors Duane and Kent Willoughby have been serving in the ministry since they were teenagers, and have pastored for over 30 years. Born in Massachusetts, raised in Fairfax City, VA, they and their families moved to Amissville in 1994. Beginning with a ministry to the youth in early 2000, they were led to begin a non-denominational, family-oriented, Spirit filled, Bible teaching church. In mid-2000, New Harvest Christian Fellowship began meeting at the Viewtown Store. On January 11, 2009, NHCF met for the first time in the new facility the Lord provided.
Our Vision
NHCF's vision is a strong emphasis on praise, worship, intercession, spiritual warfare, body ministry, and teaching from the Word of God. The thrust of the ministry is to equip the church to "go about doing good, and healing all those who are oppressed by the devil."

Children's Church is formulated for kids 4-8 and takes place during the sunday morning sermon. This class is designed to help this generation of youth develop a solid foundation to build their faith upon. Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old, he will not depart from it. -- Proverbs 22:6
Nursery is offered for infants to 2 years and toddlers 2-4 years during the entire Sunday morning service. Parents will be given a pager that will notify them (via discrete vibration & light) if their assistance is requested, so they will never be out of contact with the nursery staff.
Young couples (both married and pre-married) Bible study is designed to provide teaching and life lessons to help develop a deeper relationship with each other. Fusion Ministries offers free couple's counseling, Bible study, marriage workshops, and special events to help build marriages and bring them closer to God! President's Club is a fellowship dinner for adults 35+ (old enough to be the president). The dinner is scheduled to take place one Friday a month and is always a great time of fellowship. For more information, check out the events tab on the New Harvest Facebook page.
Praise Ministries International is a support ministry. From the beginning, our philosophy has been to enable nationals to reach their own people. We have had many large crusades on our trips to Asia, but more and more feeding programs and drilling. Praise Ministries was formed 1980, and we have reached out in a number of places across the world. At the present time we are zeroing in on India and Sri Lanka. Youth Alive is a place where the young, and the young at heart, can come together for a time of fellowship, intimate worship, and a short Bible based message. Come play basketball, four-square and other games before the service from 7-8 p.m. The service is from 8-9 p.m. and followed by food, games, fun, and prizes from 9-10 p.m.
Youth Alive meets in the Viewtown Store every Saturday night from 7-10 p.m. The unique qualities of the store lend itself to be the perfect host for this ministry. Viewtown Saturday Sandwich has food available for purchase, such as pizza, freedom fries, WOW shakes, snacks, and drinks.
